By using PictureHearth, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

PictureHearth offers free online photo tools. They run in your browser, and you do not need an account. We may add, change or remove tools at any time, and the site may sometimes be unavailable.

Your photos remain yours. They are edited in your browser and are not uploaded to our server, so we get no rights to them and do not see them.

You are responsible for the images you edit and for how you use the results. Use only images you have the right to use, and respect the rights of the people in them.

Do not use the site to:

• create or edit content that is illegal
• infringe copyright or other rights, for example by passing off someone else's work as your own
• deceive, harass or harm other people, for example with fake or misleading images of them
• disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests or copy it in bulk

The design, texts and logo of PictureHearth belong to us. The site also uses open-source software and AI models. They remain under their own licenses.

The tools are provided free and "as is". We work to make them reliable, but we cannot promise that they are free of errors or that every result will be perfect. AI results in particular can contain mistakes. Always keep a copy of your original photos.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage or loss that comes from using the site, such as lost files or unexpected results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

We may update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top shows the last change. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
