How to use

Tips

  • Precise without dragging

Select a layer in the list and use its fields for position, size and rotation. On the photo, the arrow keys move the selected layer (Shift for bigger steps).

  • Try things freely

“Undo” and “Redo” (also Ctrl/Cmd+Z) keep up to 50 steps, so you can try an idea without losing your work.

  • Readable text

Short text in a large, bold font with an outline reads best on a busy photo.

  • Rounded corners and PNG

With rounded corners, a PNG or WebP gets transparent corners. JPG has no transparency, so its corners get the frame color.

Frequently asked questions

Didn't find your answer? Write to us: picturehearth@gmail.com

Is my photo uploaded to a server?

No. The photo is edited in your browser, on your own device, and is not sent anywhere.

Why do stickers look different on another device?

Stickers are emoji from your device's font, so iPhone, Android and Windows draw them differently. The preview shows what your file gets on this device.

Does editing change the size of the photo?

No. The photo keeps its size in pixels, and frames are drawn inside it. JPEG and WebP are saved at quality 90, PNG without any loss.

Can I change the text after downloading?

No. Text and stickers become part of the pixels of the new file. To change them, edit on this page and press “Apply” again.

Can I crop or rotate the photo here?

Not in the editor. Use “Crop and rotate” first, then add text and stickers here.

Is there a size limit?

Files can be up to 50 MB. Images up to 100 megapixels work on a computer, and up to 16.7 on phones and tablets, because mobile browsers have less memory for images.
